Project Description:
This trimester, we studied The Book of Ruth. In addition to engaging thoughtfully with the text, students experimented with various artistic techniques in order to merge together the concepts and skills of illustration while developing and strengthening their inner voice of interpretation.
After completing our study of Megillat Ruth, each student was assigned one of Dr. Ziegler’s articles to briefly write about and, together with their interpretive illustrations, their work was published in print and as an ebook on Amazon: "And Ruth Clung to Her."
Essential Questions:

How can the Book of Ruth contribute to our understanding of social Justice today?
